About this role

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Advisor to join our expanding team, which is based in our office in Nursling, Southampton.

This outbound B2B position is a great opportunity for a driven candidate; experience within business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not necessary – if you believe you have the skills to succeed, then we want to hear from you!

You will:

  • Call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads
  • Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers
  • Introduce Intersafe by emailing information to client contacts
  • Work towards agreed weekly call and appointment target
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM database
  • Sales support Administration tasks
  • Managing website leads

Working Hours – Flexible hours to suit you available Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm

About you

  • Great communication skills
  • Able to handle and overcome objections
  • A positive and self-motivated approach to working
  • Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential)

Must have

    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Team player and the ability to work alone
    • The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
    • Experience using a computer database
