Intersafe’s name will be hitting news stands across the UK this month as it appears in Facilities Management Journal Magazine.
The debate is something close to Adrian’s heart as the managing director of a small, independent electrical testing company.
He said: “When searching for a contractor to carry out work, whether it’s maintenance, refurbishment, construction or electrical testing, facilities managers can often feel overwhelmed. Not only is there a huge choice of companies for each service, but there also lies the decision as to whether to choose a larger or smaller company to carry out the all-important work.
“Within my article I argue the merits of both. However, I truly believe that smaller contractors, with their quality of service, care for clients and speed of decision making are gaining a foothold in the national arena and are the best choice for facilities managers.”
