The 14th year of the world’s largest dedicated Facilities Show has been a resounding success. Over 13,500 visitors attended the three day event at the Birmingham NEC in May, which showcased the latest and most innovative facilities and estates management products and services. ;
Three hundred exhibitors pitched up for the event, which ;was given a new dimension after UBM, organisers of both the Facilities Show Live and The FM Event announced that they would merge both events to create this year’s show. ;
The trade show was given a new dynamic and strength as a result of the merger. ;The decision was taken very carefully by the organisers and in accordance with feedback received from the industry.
Managing director at Intersafe, Adrian Pendle, said the large turn-out was proof of how important the event was for facilities managers looking to source best value products and services from across the UK and beyond. ;
He added: “It gave us the opportunity to meet new clients and explain how we deliver essential electrical testing to a wide range of companies. We have safeguarded organisations across the UK through PAT, fixed and thermal imaging testing for over a decade and look forward to fulfilling that service for the next ten years and more.”
The dates for next year’s Facilities Show have already been announced and it will take place from June 17-19 at ExCel, London. Those looking to attend can register in advance online.
