About this role

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Advisor to join our expanding team, which is based in our office in Nursling, Southampton.

This outbound B2B position is a great opportunity for a driven candidate; if you have experience within business development sales and/or customer service, or just simply believe you have the skills to succeed in a sales role, then we want to hear from you!

You will:

Call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads
Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers
Introduce Intersafe by emailing information to client contacts
Work towards agreed weekly call and appointment target
Maintain accurate records within our CRM database
Sales support Administration tasks
Managing website leads

Working Hours – Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm

About you

Great communication skills
Able to handle and overcome objections
A positive and self-motivated approach to working
Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential)

Must have

Experience in using a CRM database
Excellent attention to detail
Team player and the ability to work alone
The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
